LPN Shift Supervisor - Full Time 11pm-7:00am

About the role

The LPN Supervisor position at The Bristal Assisted Living is a leadership opportunity within a premier senior care organization. You will oversee, mentor, and nurture a team of healthcare professionals, providing compassionate care to residents in managing their activities of daily living and administering medications.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and mentor a team of nurses, HHA’s, resident care aides, and medication technicians in the Wellness/Resident Services Center
• Act as the shift supervisor in the absence of the Director, providing care and support to residents
• Care for residents with skill and genuine kindness, ensuring their activities of daily living are managed effectively
• Adhere to all policies and procedures, and follow the instructions of the Director of Wellness
• Lead the team in caring for residents with skill and genuine kindness

Requirements

• Staff supervisory and medication oversight experience, preferably in an assisted living, nursing home, or similar environment
• Active LPN certification
• A genuine desire to improve the quality of life of residents
• Experience assisting those with Alzheimer's disease and dementia (a plus)
• Caring, reliable, and observant nature
• Understanding of MAR’s and doctors' orders
