About the role
Angels of Care Home Health is seeking Registered Nurses (RN) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) in Casa Grande, AZ and surrounding areas. Founded in 2000, Angels of Care prides itself on its values: Heart, Advocacy, Love, Outreach, and Speed!
Job Duties
- Focus on the medical needs and treatment of infants, children, and/or adolescents according to the active plan of care.
- Conduct on-going patient care and assessments.
- Administer prescribed medication, treatments, and therapies.
- Coordinate care.
- Educate family members on patient clinical care to enhance positive outcomes.
- Implement preventative initiatives to protect quality of care for patient.
