A Day in the Life
- Respiratory Support: Keeping his lungs clear using a nebulizer and a cough assist machine three times a day.
- Nutrition: Managing his feeding tube and ensuring his daily intake is on track.
- Safe Movement: Using a ceiling lift for transfers—allowing you to move the client safely and comfortably without physical strain.
- Physical Therapy: Coordinating with the family to get him ready for his weekly PT appointments.

Job Requirements
- Active RN or LPN license in the state of Michigan
- Experience in home health, private duty, or long-term care preferred
- Pediatric or adult care experience a plus (trach/vent knowledge helpful but not required)
- Strong communication skills and a passion for patient-centered care
