About the role

Angels of Care Pediatric Home Health is seeking Registered Nurses (RN) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) in Buckeye, AZ and surrounding areas. Founded in 2000, we prioritize our core values: Heart, Advocacy, Love, Outreach, and Speed.

Job Duties

• Focus on the medical needs and treatment of infants, children, and/or adolescents according to the active plan of care.
• Conduct on-going patient care and assessments.
• Administer prescribed medication, treatments, and therapies.
• Cooking meals for patients.
• Coordination of care.
• Education of family members on patient clinical care to enhance positive outcomes.
• Prevention of complications to protect quality of care for patient.
