LPN/RN Home Care (peds to young adults)

About the Role

Join Phoenix Home Care & Hospice as a Pediatric Private Duty Nurse and provide focused, one-on-one care for children and young adults with complex medical needs in their home. Pediatric experience is a plus, but specialized training is provided to ensure your success.

You’ll build deep connections with patients and their families, becoming a trusted partner and lifeline in a supportive, mission-driven environment.

• Provide skilled nursing care for pediatric patients with complex medical needs.

Requirements

• Current and active LPN or RN license.
• Passion for pediatric care (experience is a plus but not required—training provided).

Pay

Shift differentials apply:

• Weekday overnights: +$2/hour
• Weekend days: +$3/hour
• Weekend overnights: +$4/hour

Schedule

Flexible options available:

• Full-Time
• Part-Time
• PRN shifts
