About the Role
Join Phoenix Home Care & Hospice as a Private Duty Nurse and focus on one patient at a time in a pediatric home care setting. This role allows you to build deep connections with patients and their families while providing expert, specialized care in the comfort of their home.
Responsibilities
- Provide skilled nursing for children and young adults with complex medical needs.
- Build genuine bonds with patients and become a trusted partner to their families.
- Deliver care in a home environment, helping patients thrive where they feel safest.
Shift Differentials
- Weekday Overnights: +$2/hour
- Weekend Days: +$3/hour
- Weekend Overnights: +$4/hour
Requirements
- Current and active LPN or RN license.
- Pediatric experience is a plus but not required; specialized training provided.
- Passion for patient-centered care and a desire to make a visible impact.
