About the Role
Join Phoenix Home Care & Hospice as a Private Duty Nurse and focus on one patient at a time in a pediatric home care setting. This role allows you to build deep connections with patients and their families while providing expert, specialized care in the comfort of their home.
Responsibilities
- Provide skilled nursing for children and young adults with complex medical needs (pediatric experience is a plus, but specialized training is provided).
- Build genuine bonds with patients and become a trusted partner to their families.
- Deliver care in a one-on-one environment, allowing patients to thrive at home.
Requirements
- Current and active LPN or RN license.
- Passion for patient-centered care and a desire to make a visible impact (pediatric experience is a plus but not required).
- Commitment to Phoenix’s mission and values of compassion, honesty, and patience.
Pay
Shift differentials apply:
- Weekday Overnights: +$2/hour
- Weekend Days: +$3/hour
- Weekend Overnights: +$4/hour
Schedule
- Consistent schedule options available: Full-Time, Part-Time, and PRN shifts.
