About the role
Clarendale of Addison is recruiting for a hospitality-focused LPN/RN to join our team! This position provides direct nursing care to residents and delegates and supervises the care provided by our Quality of Life Specialists/Resident Assistants. Recent Nursing grads are welcome to apply.
Responsibilities
- Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADL), family/social activities, and actively promote an independent lifestyle for residents.
- Responsible for identification of resident medical and behavioral changes and the development and monitoring of care plans and re-assessment of each resident.
- Provide daily report to the Director of Health Services concerning community conditions, personnel performance, resident conditions, and needs for nursing supplies.
- Provide nursing care according to physician’s orders and in conformance with recognized nursing practice, established standards, and administrative policies.
- Ensure preventative, therapeutic, and rehabilitative services to residents and assist in the coordination of nursing care with care rendered by other disciplines.
Requirements
- Current nursing license valid in the state worked.
- Willingness to be available for any/all emergencies regarding the community.

Pay
Starting at $33.00 per hour + $2.00 per hour weekend shift differential, based on experience. Sign-on bonus of $1,000 after 90 days.
Schedule
Full-time overnight shift: 11:00 pm – 7:00 am, every other weekend.
