LPN - Regional Float Pool - Full Time - Night Shift

The Licensed Practice Nurse will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate personalized nursing care for adult/geriatric patients, utilizing theoretical concepts to inform practice. The Regional Resource LPN will float across multiple Community Mercy Hospital facilities, providing flexible support in diverse clinical settings. Position Details Regional Float Pool LPN - East Region Ideal for experienced LPNs who thrive in dynamic environments, the role offers opportunities to develop clinical assessment and communication skills, work with diverse teams, and enjoy variety in daily tasks. Key Responsibilities Provide bedside nursing care in various units including Med/Surg, ICU, Emergency, Oncology, and more.Float between facilities such as hospitals across the region.Maintain licensure and certifications such as BLS, ACLS, PALS, and IV certification. Qualifications Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program.Current LPN license in the state of practice.One year of recent bedside LPN experience for Med/Surg; two years for specialized areas.Preferred: Epic experience.Physical ability to stand, walk, lift, and assist with patient movements.
