LPN - Regional Float Pool - Full Time - Night Shift

The Licensed Practice Nurse (LPN) will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized nursing care for adult and geriatric patients, adhering to nursing standards. As a Regional Float Pool LPN, the role involves floating between multiple hospital facilities across the region, serving diverse units such as Med/Surg, ICU, Emergency, Oncology, and more. Key responsibilities include performing clinical assessmentscollaborating with multidisciplinary teamsdelivering patient-centered care Qualifications include graduation from an accredited LPN programcurrent licensure in the state of practicerecent bedside experience (minimum one year for Med/Surg, two years for specialty units)certifications such as BLS, ACLS, PALS, and IV certification Physical demands involve standing, walking, bending, lifting, and patient handling up to 50 pounds.
