LPN - Regional Float Pool - Full Time - Night Shift

Role: The Licensed Practice Nurse (LPN) in the Regional Float Pool provides individualized nursing care for adult and geriatric patients across multiple facilities. Responsibilities: Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care in accordance with nursing standards.Float between designated hospitals and units, including Med/Surg, ICU, Emergency, Oncology, and more.Collaborate with diverse teams to deliver high-quality care.Maintain current licensure and certifications such as BLS, ACLS, PALS, and IV certification.Perform physical tasks including patient mobility and handling up to 50 pounds. Qualifications & Skills: Graduation from an accredited practical nursing program and valid LPN license.Minimum one year of recent bedside LPN experience for Med/Surg; two years for specialized units.Experience with Epic preferred; certifications like BLS, ACLS, PALS, and IV required.Physical stamina to stand, walk, bend, and lift patients.
