LPN - Regional Float Pool - Full Time - Night Shift

Overview Of The Role The Licensed Practice Nurse (LPN) in this role will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized nursing care for adult and geriatric patients, based on nursing standards. As part of the Regional Float Pool, the LPN will work across multiple hospital facilities within the region, providing flexible coverage and supporting diverse patient populations. Key Responsibilities Provide quality nursing care across various units including Med/Surg, ICU, Emergency, Oncology, and more.Float between designated facilities, adapting to different clinical environments and teams.Build clinical assessment and communication skills while collaborating with diverse healthcare teams. Qualifications & Skills Graduate from an accredited practical nursing program and hold a current LPN license.Minimum of one year recent bedside LPN experience for Med/Surg; two years for specialized units like ICU or ED.Certifications required include BLS; ACLS, PALS, and IV certification based on specialty.Physical ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 pounds, with frequent bending and patient handling.
