LPN - Regional Float Pool - Full Time - Night Shift

The Licensed Practice Nurse (LPN) assesses, plans, implements, and evaluates individualized nursing care for adult and geriatric patients, applying theoretical concepts and adhering to nursing standards. The Regional Resource LPN floats across designated Community Mercy Hospital facilities within the East Region, providing flexible and diverse clinical support. Key Responsibilities Include Providing bedside care in various units including Med/Surg, ICU, Emergency, Oncology, Neurology, and more.Building strong assessment and communication skills while working with diverse teams and patient populations.Maintaining licensure, relevant certifications (BLS, ACLS, PALS, IV), and physical ability to perform essential duties. Qualifications Include Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program.Current LPN license in the appropriate state.At least one year of recent bedside LPN experience for Med/Surg, and two years for specialized units; Epic experience is preferred.
