About the role

The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) provides essential nursing care within a patient-centered healthcare team.

Responsibilities

• Collect patient data and record findings
• Prepare patients for exams
• Assist with treatments
• Support self-care plans under the guidance of licensed providers and registered nurses
• Maintain equipment
• Adhere to safety standards
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives
• Effectively communicate with the healthcare team

Requirements

• Graduation from an accredited LPN program
• Current NYS licensure
• BLS certification within six weeks of hire

Qualifications
