LPN PT 1st and 2nd Shift

Wages are based on experience and determined by the hiring manager during the interview process.

Schedule

• 12-hour shifts or weekend-only options available
• Every other weekend (Saturday & Sunday) coverage required

Pay

• Sign-on bonus: $4,000 for part-time, $8,000 for full-time

Responsibilities

• Implement a resident plan of care
• Perform direct nursing services such as administering treatments and assisting in assessments and evaluations
• Assist with diagnostic and therapeutic procedures
• Delegate suitable components of the care plan to nursing assistants, providing guidance and supervision
• Consult with and validate data
• Record pertinent information in the patient record
• Identify and evaluate the resident's response to health problems and treatments
• Communicate residents' care needs to others involved in their care
• Assume responsibility for professional growth and development

Requirements

• Active Nursing License (RN or LPN)
