LPN PT 2nd Shift

Starting pay is $28/hour depending on experience and is determined by the hiring manager during an interview. Weekend Warrior shifts receive an additional shift premium of $4.00/hour.

Responsibilities

• Implementing a resident plan of care
• Performing direct nursing services such as administering treatments and assisting in assessments and evaluations
• Assisting with diagnostic and therapeutic procedures
• Delegating suitable components of the care plan to the nursing assistants, provides guidance and supervision when necessary
• Consulting with and validating data
• Recording pertinent information in the patient record
• Identifying and evaluating the resident's response to health problems and treatments
• Communicating residents care needs to others involved in the care
• Assuming responsibility for professional growth and development
