LPN Private Duty - Night Shifts

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in the home.
• Monitor patient conditions and administer medications.
• Support and implement individualized care plans for adult and pediatric patients.
• Ensure quality and safety in all care delivery.

Qualifications

• Active LPN license.
• Current BLS certification.
• 1+ year of nursing experience preferred.

• Clear and effective communication.

Key Duties

• Deliver in-home nursing services.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust care as needed.
• Support long-term patient cases.
• Adapt to flexible schedules including day, evening, and overnight shifts.
