LPN Private Duty Nursing - Night Shift

About the role

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) providing in-home care for Pediatric and/or Adult patients, with preferred trach and vent experience.

Responsibilities

• Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• Deliver skilled nursing services based on prescribed orders.
• Assess physiological and psychosocial changes in patients.
• Collect, analyze, and interpret healthcare data, documenting diagnoses accurately.

Qualifications

• Licensed as an LPN/LVN in the practicing state.
• Current TB or Chest X-Ray and BLS certification.
• Preferred: At least one year of professional nursing experience.

Key Duties

Providing patient assessments, delivering skilled nursing care, monitoring patient health, and documenting findings to support ongoing care and diagnoses.
