Responsibilities
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care using the nursing process.
- Deliver skilled nursing services following prescribed orders.
- Monitor signs and symptoms for physiological and psychosocial changes.
- Collect, analyze, and interpret health data and document nursing diagnoses.
Qualifications
- Licensed as an LPN/LVN in the practicing state.
- Current TB or Chest X-Ray and BLS certification.
- Preferred: one year of professional nursing experience.
Skills
- Strong assessment and critical thinking skills are essential.
