About the role

Inpatient Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) responsible for delivering direct patient care, assessing patient needs, and contributing to care planning within a clinical setting. The role emphasizes safety, patient-centered care, and professional growth within a supportive environment.

Responsibilities

• Providing treatments, medications, and diagnostic procedures according to policy.
• Evaluating patient responses and adjusting care plans accordingly.
• Collaborating with physicians, interdisciplinary team members, and family to address physical, psychological, social, cultural, and spiritual needs.
• Reinforcing patient and family education, discharge planning, and promoting safety and satisfaction.
• Mentoring new staff and students, participating in unit-based decision-making, and supporting evidence-based practices.

Qualifications & Skills

• Graduate of Specialty Training Program in Nursing (Required).
• Strong communication, teamwork, and compassionate care skills.
• Ability to evaluate interventions and collaborate effectively with healthcare teams.

Schedule

Work involves rotating shifts including evenings, nights, and weekends, with responsibilities aligned with unit standards and policies.
