Role Overview: An Inpatient Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) provides clinical support in a healthcare setting, assisting providers, supporting patient care, and ensuring efficient clinic operations. Key Responsibilities Assist with patient diagnosis, treatment, and education, documenting assessments and treatments accurately.Collect and prepare laboratory specimens, process instruments, and maintain clinical equipment.Support patient communication, update medical histories, and reinforce provider-directed education.Manage inventory, restock supplies, verify expiration dates, and ensure sterile, prepared treatment areas.Support orientation of new staff and provide front-line office support as needed. Qualifications & Skills: Graduate from a specialty training program is required. Ability to perform clinical tasks, document accurately, and collaborate effectively in a team environment.
