About the role

Join our Skilled Nursing team that delivers specialized care to patients across orthopedics, cardiac care, respiratory health, oncology, palliative care, infectious diseases, neurology, and dermatology. You’ll have the autonomy to evaluate patient needs and administer care, leveraging cutting-edge technology as an integral part of a robust interdisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Promote hospitality and excellent customer service in daily interactions with guests, families, and visitors, fostering a positive, healthy healing environment.
• Perform treatments including wound care, irrigations, IV therapy, tube feedings, chest tubes, and peritoneal dialysis.
• Administer medications as prescribed by physicians and advise patients and families on medication changes, treatment plans, and patient condition.
• Provide preventative and supportive care for the physiologic and psychosocial well-being of patients.
• Oversee the Nurse Aide team, including direction, assignments, training, and contributions to recognition and evaluations.

Requirements

• Current license to practice as an LPN in Michigan.
• Current CPR certification.
• Associate's or Bachelor's Degree, or higher.
• High level of analytical abilities to prepare care plans, implement nursing care, and develop solutions for patient well-being.
• Excellent customer service skills with a commitment to delivering Excellent, Passionate, Innovative care.

Pay

• Starting wages: $29.00 - $33.00 per hour based on years of certification.
• Up to $37.40 per hour.
• $3.40 per hour hero pay.
• $5.00 per hour shift premium for 7PM - 7AM shifts.
• $15,000 sign-on bonus.
• Yearly wage increases.

Schedule

• Full-time or part-time positions available.
