Pay

  • RN Registered Nurse: Up to $48.40 per hour
    • Starting wages: $36.00 - $40.00 per hour (based on years of certification)
    • $3.40 per hour hero pay
    • $15,000 sign-on bonus
    • Yearly wage increases
  • LPN: Up to $37.40 per hour
    • Starting wages: $29.00 - $33.00 per hour (based on years of certification)
    • $3.40 per hour hero pay
    • $5.00 per hour shift premium for 7PM - 7AM shifts
    • Yearly wage increases

Responsibilities

  • Perform a variety of treatments, including wound care, irrigations, IV therapy, tube feedings, chest tubes, and peritoneal dialysis.
  • Administer medications as prescribed by physicians and advise patients and families on medication changes, treatment plans, and patient condition.
  • Provide preventative and supportive care focused on the physiologic and psychosocial well-being of patients.
  • Oversee the Nurse Aide team, including direction, assignments, training, and contributions to recognition and evaluations.
  • Promote hospitality and excellent customer service in daily interactions with guests, families, and visitors, fostering a positive and healthy healing environment.

Requirements

  • Current license to practice as an RN or LPN in Michigan.
  • Current CPR-BLS certification.
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree (or higher) in nursing.
  • High level of analytical abilities to prepare personalized care plans, implement effective nursing care, and develop solutions to complex problems.
  • Excellent customer service skills with a commitment to delivering excellent, passionate, and innovative care.
  • Team-oriented mindset, dedicated to supporting team members and achieving goals.
