LPN - Per Diem/Flex/PRN

Seeking a flexible Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) role with incentivized pay and varied shifts. Responsibilities include utilizing the nursing process to provide patient care, coordinating with other departments, maintaining patient rights, and ensuring confidentiality. The LPN will float between multiple facilities and departments such as Behavioral Health, Emergency Department, ICU, and Medical-Surgical, with the ability to choose day or night shifts. The position requires being adaptable, available on short notice, and responsible for scheduling a minimum hours without guaranteed shifts. Qualifications High school diploma or GEDGraduate of an accredited practical nursing program with valid licensureOne year recent bedside LPN experience for Med Surg; two years for other specialtiesCertifications: BLS required; ACLS, PALS, IV certification as applicablePhysical ability to lift, stand, walk, and perform various movements Preferred: Epic experience.
