About the role

As an LPN in our long-term care facility, you will provide nursing care to residents under the supervision of the Nurse Manager, Nurse Coordinator, and/or RN.

Responsibilities

• Administering routine nursing care and treatments
• Monitoring and documenting patient conditions
• Collaborating with the healthcare team to ensure quality care
• Providing compassionate support to residents

Requirements

• Certificate from an accredited Licensed Practical Nurse Program
• Valid NYS LPN license
• Strong clinical patient care skills
• Current BCLS certification

• Licensed Practical Nurse certification
• Excellent clinical skills and attention to detail
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities
