Our 120-bed nursing facility in Yonkers, New York, is seeking Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to deliver top-notch care to our patients.

About the Role

As an LPN at Adira at Riverside, you will be responsible for providing direct patient care, administering medications, and observing patient vital signs. You will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement patient care plans, ensuring that our patients receive the highest level of care possible.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered by physicians
• Monitor and report patient vital signs and changes in condition
• Develop and implement patient care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and treatment

Requirements

• Current NYS LPN License
• Associate's degree in Practical Nursing
• 0 years of experience (new grads welcome)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Commitment to providing exceptional patient care and service

Pay

Competitive hourly rates of $35 - $40.

Schedule

• Full-time positions available with varied shifts, including 7-3, 3-11, and 11-7
• Part-time positions available with every-other-weekend shifts on 7-3, 3-11, and 11-7
• Per diem slots available on all shifts
