About the role
Nuclear Care Partners provides in-home nursing care to individuals affected by their work in the Department of Energy or Nuclear Energy programs.
Responsibilities
- Provide skilled, in-home nursing care to assigned patients
- Develop and follow individualized care plans
- Accurately document patient care, observations, and updates
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams
- Maintain compliance with DOL, CMS, and state regulatory requirements
Requirements
- Current LPN license in the state of Washington
- CPR certification
- Valid driver's license and reliable, insured vehicle
- Home health experience preferred but not required
