About the role
A Registered Nurse is sought to provide private duty nursing care to pediatric and/or adult patients in their homes.
Responsibilities
- Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
- Deliver skilled nursing services according to prescribed orders.
- Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiological and psychosocial changes.
- Collect, analyze, and interpret health data, documenting diagnoses and potential issues.
Qualifications & Skills
- Current RN licensure and ability to provide in-home nursing care.
- Strong assessment and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent documentation and communication abilities.
