LPN Pediatric Homecare

Role: Registered Nurse (RN) providing one-on-one patient care in a home setting for pediatric patients with acuity levels including G-tube, Trach, and Vent support. Responsibilities Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care using the nursing process.Conduct focused interviews to identify patient needs.Monitor signs of physiologic and psychosocial changes.Collect, analyze, and interpret healthcare data, documenting diagnoses.Perform additional RN or LPN duties as assigned. Qualifications & Skills Valid nursing license in the practicing state.Current health certification, PPD or chest X-ray, and BLS certification.Preferred: at least one year of RN or LPN experience.
