About the role
Registered Nurse (RN) providing one-on-one patient care in a home setting for pediatric patients with acuity levels including G-tube, Trach, and Vent support.
Responsibilities
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care using the nursing process.
- Conduct focused interviews to identify patient needs.
- Monitor signs of physiologic and psychosocial changes.
- Collect, analyze, and interpret healthcare data, documenting diagnoses.
- Perform additional RN or LPN duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Valid nursing license in the practicing state.
- Current health certification, PPD or chest X-ray, and BLS certification.
- Preferred: at least one year of RN or LPN experience.
