About the role
We are seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide home-based patient care in the Martins Ferry, OH area, serving both pediatric and adult cases.
Responsibilities
- Utilize the nursing process to plan, implement, and evaluate patient care
- Develop and adjust care plans based on patient needs and physician directives
- Administer medications and treatments, monitor effectiveness, and document outcomes
- Respond to changes in patient conditions and report to physicians or supervisors
- Provide healthcare education, care coordination, and discharge planning as needed
Qualifications and Skills
- Current LPN license for the practicing state
- Valid health certificate, PPD or Chest X-ray, and BLS card
- Preferably one year of prior LPN experience
