About the role
The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) is an incredible opportunity to expand your role in nursing care through providing high-quality care focused on the comfort and well-being of patients and families. As an LPN at MultiCare, you will work in collaboration with the nursing team to ensure the best possible health care outcomes and patient experiences.
Responsibilities
- Provide age-appropriate care utilizing nursing education and knowledge of growth, development, and aging
- Deliver daily routine care and services to patients from diverse ethnic and social groups
- Assist care team in implementing the nursing process utilizing your strong interpersonal skills
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited school or equivalent qualifying experience
- Current Licensed Practical Nurse in Washington State or Multistate license endorsement (MLS)
- Current BLS certification
- License to pass medications may be required
- Previous LPN experience in an acute care setting within the last three (3) years preferred
- Current experience in the assigned specialty, or successful completion of a specialty focused residency post hire
- Successful completion of appropriate competencies for assigned specialty

Pay
The pay scale is $29.39 - $48.59 USD. Pay is influenced by factors specific to applicants, including but not limited to: skill set, level of experience, and certification(s) and/or education. If this position is associated with a union contract, pay will be reflective of the appropriate step on the pay scale to which the applicant’s years of experience align.
