LPN Outpatient
About the role
The primary function of the LPN is to perform tasks and responsibilities within the framework of case finding, health teaching, health counseling, and provision of supportive and restorative care under the direction of a registered professional nurse, licensed physician, or other licensed health care provider legally authorized to do so. This position may be reassigned to any location within OGH/BRMC offices as required to meet business needs.

Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited school of Practical Nursing or equivalent training
- Current LPN license by the State of New York
- Valid driver’s license
- Successful completion of BLS course
- One (1) year of Medical/Surgical nursing experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Computer skills
Schedule
- Full-Time, onsite
- Standard hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Bi-weekly hours: 75.00
- No weekend/holiday requirement
- No on-call required
- No rotation
Pay
Salary range: $19.60 – $26.95 per hour. Wage will be determined based on factors such as candidate’s experience, qualifications, internal equity, and any applicable collective bargaining agreement.
