LPN Nurse or RN Registered Nurse - PRN-Contingent (Mayville, MI)

Responsibilities

• Assess patient needs and implement care as necessary using advanced technology.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Administer medications and provide medication education to patients and families.
• Perform treatments such as wound care, irrigations, IV therapy, tube feedings, chest tubes, and peritoneal dialysis.
• Develop and implement personalized care plans based on patient needs and conditions.
• Oversee and direct the work of Nurse Aides, providing training and evaluations.
• Promote a positive and supportive environment for patients and their families.

Requirements

• Current license to practice as an LPN in Michigan or RN in your state.
• CPR-BLS certification.
• A high school diploma or equivalent, along with an Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing.
• Strong analytical skills to create personalized care plans and manage patient care.
• Excellent customer service skills and a commitment to delivering exceptional care.
• Teamwork and dedication to supporting fellow team members.

Benefits

• Starting wage for RNs: $41.55 per hour
• Starting wage for LPNs: $27.15 per hour
• $5.00 shift premium for nights
• $3.40 per hour Hero Pay yearly wage increases

Pay

• RN: $41.55 per hour
• LPN: $27.15 per hour

Schedule

• 12-hour shifts
• Rotating weekends and some holidays included
• Contingent/prn position
• Shifts from 6:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
