Responsibilities

• Evaluate patient needs and administer care as needed, leveraging cutting-edge technology.
• Be an integral part of a robust interdisciplinary team.
• Perform a variety of treatments, including wound care, irrigations, IV therapy, tube feedings, chest tubes, and peritoneal dialysis.
• Administer medications to patients as prescribed by the physician and advise on changes to medications, treatment plans, and patient condition.
• Provide preventative and supportive care directed to the physiologic and psychosocial well-being of patients.
• Oversight of the Nurse Aide team, including giving direction, assignments, offering training, and contributing to recognition and evaluations.
• Promote hospitality and excellent customer service in interactions with guests, their families, and visitors.

Requirements

• A current license to practice as an LPN (Practical Nurse) in Michigan.
• CPR certification.
• An Associate's or Bachelor's Degree, or higher.
• Analytical abilities to prepare personalized care plans, implement effective nursing care and rehabilitation, and develop solutions to difficult problems concerning well-being.
• Excellent customer service skills with a commitment to delivering Excellent, Passionate, Innovative care!
• Team player, dedicated to supporting team members and getting the job done.

Pay

$33.55 base pay! Starting Wage: $30.15 per hour PLUS $3.40 per hour Hero Pay PLUS yearly wage increases.

Schedule

We can work with your scheduling needs: 12 hour shifts, all positions include rotating weekends and some holidays. Full Time and Part Time available, Days or Nights available.
