You will help people every day
- Perform a variety of treatments, including wound care, irrigations, IV therapy, tube feedings, chest tubes, and peritoneal dialysis.
- Administer medications to patients as prescribed by the physician and advise patients and families regarding changes to medications, treatment plans, and patient condition.
- Provide preventative and supportive care directed to the physiologic and psychosocial well-being of patients.
- Promote hospitality and excellent customer service in every daily interaction with guests, their families, and visitors.
- Oversee the Nurse Aide team including giving direction & assignments, offering training, and contributing to recognition and evaluations.
What you will need
- A current license to practice as an LPN in Michigan.
- A current CPR-BLS certification.
- An Associate's or Bachelor's Degree, or higher.
- Analytical abilities to prepare personalized care plans, implement effective nursing care and rehabilitation, and develop solutions to difficult problems concerning well-being.
- Excellent customer service skills with a commitment to delivering Excellent, Passionate, Innovative care!
- Team player, dedicated to supporting team members and getting the job done.
What we offer

- Plus Sign On Bonus up to $10,000 for Full Time!
- Starting wages: $29.15 - $32.15 per hour.
- Shift Premiums: $4.00 per hour during 10:30 PM – 6:30 AM, $5.00 per hour during 6:30 PM – 10:30 PM.
