Responsibilities
- Evaluate patient needs and administer care as needed.
- Administer medications as prescribed by physicians.
- Provide preventative and supportive care.
- Promote hospitality and excellent customer service.
- Oversight of the Nurse Aide team.
Requirements
- A current license to practice as an LPN in Michigan.
- CPR-BLS certification.
- An Associate's or Bachelor's Degree, or higher.
- High level of analytical abilities.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Team player with dedication to supporting team members.
Qualifications
- Experience in specialized care areas such as orthopedics, cardiac care, respiratory health, oncology, palliative care, infectious diseases, neurology, and dermatology.
- Autonomy to evaluate patient needs and administer care as needed.
- Leverage cutting-edge technology and be part of a robust interdisciplinary team.
Skills
- Ability to prepare personalized care plans.
- Implement effective nursing care and rehabilitation.
- Develop solutions to difficult problems concerning well-being.
Benefits
- Up to $40.55 per hour on Nights with a Sign On Bonus up to $10,000 for Full Time!
- Starting wages: $29.15 - $32.15 per hour.
- Shift Premiums: $4.00 per hour during 10:30 PM – 6:30 AM and $5.00 per hour during 6:30 PM – 10:30 PM.
- $3.40 per hour hero pay.
- Yearly wage increases.

- 12 hour shifts with rotating weekends and some holidays.
