About the Role
Join a compassionate healthcare team as an LPN, providing patient care on a Neurology floor with moderate to high acuity.
Responsibilities
- Utilize the nursing process to deliver patient care and evaluate outcomes
- Monitor neurological status, manage complex conditions such as stroke, seizures, and brain injuries
- Assist with mobility, medication management, and multidisciplinary care
- Maintain patient rights and confidentiality
- Coordinate care with other departments
Qualifications & Skills
- Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program or equivalent experience
- Current LPN license and BLS certification; IV certification preferred for Missouri
- Physical ability to stand, walk, lift up to 50 pounds, and assist with patient mobility
- New or experienced LPNs considered
