Role Overview: Provides patient care utilizing the nursing process under supervision or guidance of licensed healthcare professionals, ensuring professional accountability and coordination with other departments. Maintains patient rights and confidentiality. Responsibilities Administers patient care following established protocols.Coordinates care with multidisciplinary teams.Supports patient rights and confidentiality standards. Qualifications Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program or equivalent experience with successful licensure.Responsible for obtaining and maintaining a current LPN license per state requirements.Possession of or ability to obtain certifications such as BLS, ACLS/ALS, PALS, PEARS, S.T.A.B.L.E., or LPN-IV within designated timeframes. Skills & Physical Requirements Ability to lift, push, or pull 50 lbs regularly.Prolonged standing and walking.Capability to grip, reach, bend, kneel, twist, and squat as needed. Why Join?
