RN/LPN - Neuro - PRN

Role Overview: Provides patient care utilizing the nursing process under supervision or guidance of licensed healthcare professionals. Ensures professional accountability for patient care, coordinates with other departments, and maintains patient rights and confidentiality. Responsibilities: Administers medications and treatments, maintains accurate documentation, and collaborates with healthcare teams to ensure quality patient outcomes. May require obtaining and maintaining necessary certifications and licensure. Qualifications & Skills: Graduation from an accredited practical nursing program or equivalent experience, with current LPN licensure. Certifications such as BLS, PALS, ACLS/ALS, PEARS, or unit-specific credentials may be required or preferred. Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand, walk, and perform various physical movements during shifts.
