LPN - Medical/Surgical, Full-Time

About the Role

This role involves providing patient care under the supervision of licensed healthcare professionals or registered nurses, utilizing the nursing process to ensure quality care.

Responsibilities

• Coordinating patient care in collaboration with other departments
• Maintaining patient rights and confidentiality of information
• Providing professional accountability for assigned patients

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program or equivalent education and licensure
• Current LPN license in the state of practice, meeting all State Board of Nursing requirements
• Certifications: BLS (Basic Life Support) through the American Heart Association, and LPN-IV certification (or completion within specified timeframe)

Skills

• Strong communication and collaboration abilities
• Knowledge of patient care procedures and confidentiality standards
• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment, especially during night shifts
