About the Role

The LPN Medication Nurse provides licensed nursing support in a senior living setting, focusing on safe medication administration, health monitoring, and accurate documentation.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders
• Follow the Six Rights of Medication Administration
• Document in MAR/TAR
• Monitor resident symptoms and report adverse reactions
• Conduct health updates
• Transcribe orders
• Maintain medication carts
• Prevent medication errors and detect early health changes
• Ensure resident safety through clinical precision and compliance with regulations

Requirements

• Active LPN license in good standing
• CPR and First Aid certification
• Strong assessment and documentation skills
• Senior care or medication administration experience preferred
