Provide licensed nursing support in a senior living environment.
Responsibilities
- Administer medications and treatments following physician orders
- Ensure accurate documentation in MAR/TAR in real time
- Monitor residents' symptoms, report adverse reactions, and support care plan updates
- Conduct health updates, transcribe orders, and observe physical, emotional, or cognitive changes
- Maintain medication carts, perform narcotic counts, and ensure compliance standards
- Prevent medication errors and promote resident safety through clinical precision
- Deliver safe, accurate care, support resident health, and uphold regulatory standards
Requirements
- Active LPN license in good standing
- CPR and First Aid certification
- Strong assessment and documentation skills
Qualifications
- Experience in senior care or medication administration preferred
