About the role
Provide safe medication administration, health monitoring, and accurate clinical documentation in a senior living environment.
Responsibilities
- Administer medications and treatments as per physician orders
- Follow the Six Rights of Medication Administration
- Document in MAR/TAR
- Monitor symptoms and report adverse reactions
- Conduct service and health updates
- Transcribe orders
- Observe and report physical, emotional, or cognitive changes
- Maintain medication carts in compliance with standards
- Prevent medication errors
- Identify health changes early
- Ensure resident safety through clinical precision and regulatory adherence
Requirements
- Active LPN license in good standing
- CPR and First Aid certification
- Strong assessment and documentation skills
- Experience in senior care or medication administration preferred
