Responsibilities
- Provide nursing care in the home health setting for patients in the East Portland area.
- Comply with all state laws and requirements for driving as part of this role; provide proof of driver license and auto insurance upon request.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited LPN/LVN school of nursing.
- Within 30 days of hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association.
- Upon hire: Oregon Licensed Practical Nurse.
- 1 year experience in nursing; long term care, acute care, ambulatory care, or home health and hospice care.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in home health, hospice, or public health.

Pay
The pay range for this position is $31.35 - $43.33 per hour. These amounts are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role.
