About the role

We are seeking a Licensed Vocational Nurse/Licensed Practical Nurse (LVN/LPN) to join our healthcare team. Under the direction of a Registered Nurse, you will deliver a full range of nursing care in a compassionate, family-oriented environment that prioritizes trust, communication, and care.

Responsibilities

• Admit, transfer, and discharge residents.
• Conduct daily rounds to observe residents’ physical and emotional status.
• Administer medications.
• Monitor resident care provided by unlicensed staff.
• Maintain the confidentiality of all resident care information.
• Promote a culture of safety to ensure a healthy practice and living environment.

Requirements

• Current LVN/LPN licensure to practice in the state.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Basic knowledge of computer use or willingness to learn.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) environment.
• Nursing experience providing direct care to multiple residents.
• Behavioral care/memory care experience.
• Experience with PointClickCare (PCC).

Pay

$34–$36 per hour.

Schedule

Full-time, 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM.
