Responsibilities
As a Licensed Vocational Nurse / Licensed Practical Nurse (LVN/LPN), you will put resident service first and ensure that residents and their families receive the highest quality care. Under the direction of a Registered Nurse, you will deliver a full range of nursing care. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Admitting, transferring, and discharging residents
- Conducting daily rounds to observe the resident’s physical and emotional status
- Medication administration
- Monitoring resident care provided by unlicensed staff
- Maintaining the confidentiality of all resident care information
- Promoting a culture of safety to ensure a healthy practice and living environment
Requirements
To be considered for this role, you must have:
- LVN / LPN with current licensure to practice in the state
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Basic knowledge of computer use or willingness to learn
Nice to have: experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) environment, nursing experience providing direct care to multiple residents, behavioral care / memory care experience, and experience with PointClickCare (PCC)

Pay
The salary range for this role is $38 per hour
