We are seeking a Licensed Vocational Nurse/Licensed Practical Nurse (LVN/LPN) to join our outstanding healthcare team. Responsibilities

• Put resident service first and ensure that residents and their families receive the highest quality care
• Under the direction of a registered nurse, deliver a full range of nursing care
• Admitting, transferring, and discharging residents
• Conducting daily rounds to observe the resident's physical and emotional status
• Medication administration
• Monitoring resident care provided by unlicensed staff
• Maintaining the confidentiality of all resident care information
• Promoting a culture of safety to ensure a healthy practice and living environment

Qualifications

• LVN/LPN with current licensure to practice in the state
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Basic knowledge of computer use or willingness to learn

Skills

• Experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) environment (nice to have)
• Nursing experience providing direct care to multiple residents (nice to have)
• Behavioral care / memory care experience (nice to have)
• Experience with PointClickCare (PCC) (nice to have)

Pay

$38.00-$42.00 per hour
