Responsibilities

• Put resident service first and ensure that residents and their families receive the highest quality care.
• Under the direction of a Registered Nurse, deliver a full range of nursing care.
• Admitting, transferring, and discharging residents.
• Conducting daily rounds to observe the resident's physical and emotional status.
• Medication administration.
• Monitoring resident care provided by unlicensed staff.
• Maintaining the confidentiality of all resident care information.
• Promoting a culture of safety to ensure a healthy practice and living environment.

Requirements

• LVN / LPN with current licensure to practice in the state.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Basic knowledge of computer use or willingness to learn.

Qualifications

• Experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) environment.
• Nursing experience providing direct care to multiple residents.
• Behavioral care / memory care experience.
• Experience with PointClickCare (PCC).

Pay

Salary Range: $40 - $45 per hour. $7200.00 SIGN-ON BONUS for Full-Time LPN. $1000.00 Referral Bonus.

Schedule

All shifts! Full-time, part-time, on call welcome.
