Responsibilities

• Put Resident Service First And Ensure That Residents And Their Families Receive The Highest Quality Care.
• Under The Direction Of a Registered Nurse, You Will Deliver a Full Range Of Nursing Care.
• This Includes, But Is Not Limited To Admitting, transferring, and discharging residents.
• Conducting daily rounds to observe the resident’s physical and emotional status.
• Medication administration.
• Monitoring resident care provided by unlicensed staff.
• Maintaining the confidentiality of all resident care information.
• Promoting a culture of safety to ensure a healthy practice and living environment.

Requirements

• LVN / LPN with current licensure to practice in the state
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Basic knowledge of computer use or willingness to learn

Skills

• Experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) environment
• Nursing experience providing direct care to multiple residents
• Behavioral care / memory care experience
• Experience with PointClickCare (PCC)

Pay

$35.00-$38.84 per hour
