Responsibilities

• Put resident service first and ensure residents and their families receive the highest quality care
• Deliver a full range of nursing care under the direction of a Registered Nurse, including:
  • Admitting, transferring, and discharging residents
  • Conducting daily rounds to observe residents’ physical and emotional status
  • Medication administration
  • Monitoring resident care provided by unlicensed staff
• Maintain the confidentiality of all resident care information
• Promote a culture of safety to ensure a healthy practice and living environment

Requirements

• Current LVN/LPN licensure to practice in the state
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Basic knowledge of computer use or willingness to learn

Qualifications (Nice to Have)

• Experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) environment
• Nursing experience providing direct care to multiple residents
• Behavioral care / memory care experience
• Experience with PointClickCare (PCC)

Pay

Salary range: $35–$39 per hour
